Stella Cherries
Stella cherry trees are elegant flowering plants, with bright, soft white blossoms in spring. These flowers give way to the deep red, heart-shaped cherries that are ready for picking in summer. Four-inch green leaves emerge from the branches in summer, then turn yellow and red in fall before dropping in winter.

Our Stella trees are ready for picking in Mid December each year and will be the main variety available for locals to purchase from us directly!
Stella cherries are firm, juicy, and sweet!
Sweetheart Cherries
Sweetheart cherries have a very sweet taste balanced with mildly acidic undertones, creating a pleasant, sweet, and tangy flavor. The sweet fruits grow on trees that can reach 2 to 3 meters in height and are a modern cherry variety developed in Canada in the late 20th century. Sweetheart cherries were specifically designed to come into season when other cherry varieties leave commercial markets, allowing the fruits to be exported globally. Growers also favor the cherries for their high yields, sweet and tangy flavor, and resistance to cracking.
The trees are also planted for ornamental use, producing pink and white flowers in the spring, fruits in the summer, and orange and red foliage in the fall.
Staccato Cherries
The Staccato cherry is a late maturing variety.
The fruit is large, firm and glossy looking.
The shape is flat heart in shape with an excellent, sweet flavour note.
Staccato are a cross breed cherry between Sweetheart and Stella, producing a fruit with all of these varieties advantages.
